SHIPPING, RETURNS & WARRANTY
Shipping Policy
Most orders for PortaPilot systems will ship in 1-3 weeks, and accessories in 1-5 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Domestic Orders
Most orders over $75 ship free within the US (including APO/FPO addresses) via UPS or USPS Mail.

International Orders
Shipping costs for all international orders will be calculated using weight-based rates. Multiple service levels are available, and can be calculated at any time in your shopping cart.

Lost Shipments
If your order has not been received within standard shipping times (please allow extra-time for shipping delays that can occur), please contact us immediately via e-mail (team@portapilot.com). Before a claim can be filed for a lost shipment or missing package, we must allow the carrier the full time allotted for delivery Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for us to contact the shipping carrier regarding the missing package or full shipment. Please contact us before issuing a PayPal claim against the order, as this will cause further delays to process.
Return & Exchange Policy
PortaPilot units are backed by a sixty (60) day, or six (6) hours of use warranty, whichever expires first. Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned items, shipping charges and transaction fees are not included and cannot be refunded . Returned merchandise must be returned in original delivered state: no surface scratches, blemishes, product modifications, or other types of electrical or mechanical damage, with all included items & packaging. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality or design of the product, please e-mail us your request (team@portapilot.com) and return/exchange information will be provided as needed to complete the process.
When packing your order for return, please be sure to properly protect all original packing material, individual components, and manuals as included. Charges may apply if parts are missing or damaged, or if damage to product occurs during return shipping beyond the responsibility of the shipping courier.
Shipping charges and credit card processing or any other transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer and PortaPilot will not issue refunds for such. Please ensure the product will work for your application prior to purchase.
Warranty
All PortaPilot products are backed by a 1 year warranty and free software updates for 3 years (where applicable).
The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a shipping costs which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic flaws or any damage caused by the user(s) or installer(s) including but not limited to electrical damage caused due to miswiring or any physical damage that has occured outside of normal or recommended use and conditions.
